As a 7-year active massage therapist at Exhale Massage and Bodywork LLC, I am dedicated and passionate about giving my clients the ease and comfort their body needs and deserves. From chronic long-term pain to acute injuries to mental or emotional exhaustion, I believe there is very little this ancient healing technique can't relieve, heal, or lessen in some form. I will use a combination of traditional massage techniques, modern advancements in the bodywork field, my vast knowledge of anatomy and pathologies, a commitment to only organic products, and a small component of Eastern energy therapy to perform treatments intended to heal the body, ease the mind, and calm the spirit.
