Bio:<p>I have been providing massage therapy services for over 12 years, having received my Maryland Massage License after graduating from Baltimore School of Massage in the spring of 2006. I am also a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association.<br /><br /> I started my massage therapy career at a high-end salon in Hunt Valley, MD. Wanting to move to a more wellness-centered environment, I acquired a position in an elite health and fitness center in Pikesville, MD, where I worked for 9 years. I now maintain a private practice working out of offices in Columbia and Catonsville.<br /><br /> I believe self-care is one of the most important things we should be doing for both our physical and mental well-being, and I have a passion for helping people achieve their wellness goals. Through the years, I have gained extensive experience helping clients manage chronic neck and back pain, TMJ dysfunction, chronic headaches, and frozen shoulder. I believe in the value of client involvement for optimal health and encourage you to communicate your needs and goals to me before, during, and after your session. In my work, I utilize a wide range of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release techniques, while also drawing from my training in Thai Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, and Reiki.</p>
