I work at Massage Envy in Noblesville, IN. I also have my side business , Elevated Living Insights - "Holistic Healing for Every Age and Stage". I am dual licensed as a massage therapist and esthetician. I am also a certified reiki practitioner. I believe in energy work, I believe that the body can heal itself. I work with those that suffer from emotional trauma, stress, anxiety, grief, and burnout. I do much more than massages, I give you a safe space to be yourself to relax, let go, and help navigate your journey to healing.
