Bio:

I entered into the world of massage therapy as an exploration of my own pain and injuries. Having been in the military since 2006, I am well aware of the frustrations of chronic pain and injuries that medication only gave temporary relief for. When I went into the National Guard in 2012 I had a choice to make, I could continue to abuse my body doing what I knew I was good at, or I can learn something new. I chose massage therapy because it made sense, and the more I learned about it the more I developed a passion for helping others. I have a mantra that I use in every session, "if you don't learn something by the end of your session then I'm not doing my job." Not only is my personal education important, but educating others is the greatest gift I can give.

I graduated from Everest College in Tacoma, Washington in 2015, and come from a strong chiropractic background. I was known as the "trauma therapist" and became very familiar with the complex injuries sustained after a car accident. I have also practiced in other clinical settings providing clients with everything from a break from the throes of life with a nice relaxing massage, to providing massages for expectant mothers.

I combine several different techniques into a unique therapeutic experience that is specific to each person's needs and pain. I look forward to working with you!
