Bio:<p>In massage therapy, Jay has found a way to communicate his understanding of the world, life and our interaction with them. He likens his massages to a riverflow, steadily finding its way down to the sea. Where there are calm sections, go with it, and where turbulence, navigate it.<br />Clients have hundreds of reasons for coming to Jay's Body Shop for a tune-up, but one of the things they all have in common when leaving is a sense of being grounded, put back in place, or reconnected to their body. This is the goal of Jay's work, and the reason he enjoys it so much!</p>
