I have been a massage therapist for 13 years! Love to be able to help people get out of pain and active again. For me giving a massage is relaxing! I have taken many courses over the years some of the modalities I cover are Swedish, deep tissue, pre & peri natal, active isolated stretching, sports, fibromyalgia and migraine. I have had chronic migraines since I was 12 years old and haven't defiantly found some do's and don'ts. I can customize a treatment plan for your needs or can just book a relaxing massage.
