I am a practicing massage therapist with a special focus on somatic pains, trauma and grief that's housed inside the body, causing physical ailments that show up during stressful, or transitional, periods of life. I incorporate functional medicine into my practice, as well as counseling, to provide a well rounded approach to health and healing. I'm currently completing my masters degree in clinical counseling in psychology at St. Thomas, and offer counseling sessions for those looking to work on topics without the bodywork. I stive to provide a personalized experience for each individual that can take a person out of their head and into their heart, which is the opener of the soul, where deeper connection to the self can happen, that leads to the healing taking a person into a place of inner peace
