Originally from the northwest, Amber Alexander, LMT, CPT, has a well-rounded career history as a health and fitness professional. She began her career as a massage therapist 25 years ago, after receiving her education from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City (presently Cortiva Institue). Amber has worked in several different massage settings, ranging from health and wellness centers, chiropractic care, physical therapy clinics, spas, health/fitness clubs, etc. She specializes in medical massage. All of her services offered can be found in the social media link provided. Currently, she offers massage therapy services in her private studio in Deer Park, Washington, as well as provides mobile services. In addition, Amber earned her certificate of personal fitness training from the National Federation of Personal Training in 2012, allowing her to offer a wider range of services to help her clients reach their health and fitness goals. Her training background includes working in fitness gyms across the country and as a celebrity fitness trainer in India. Her certifications also include TPI (Titleist Performance Institute), the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing (MyTPI, 2022). This evidenced-based program assesses a golfer's physical capabilities and whether they limit or enhance specific movements during a golf swing. She welcomes those who are ready for change and to learn about how to achieve a balanced lifestyle and overall well-being.
