Bio:<p class="MsoNormal"><span>Hello, my name is Heidi Puente, mom to one fabulous little girl who is now all grown up and working as a Biologist in Indiana. I worked in a high stress environment for over 20 years and experienced firsthand the toll stress can take on your body! I attribute receiving regular massage as the key to keeping my stress levels low during the last few years of my career. It was my strong belief of this that drove me to become a massage therapist! I attended Massage Therapy School in Mechanicsburg, PA and opened <em>Bodyspeak Therapeutic Massage</em>. Now I am a part of the solution to stress management and increase overall wellness in the lives of people who desire a more holistic approach to their wellness. In the Fall of 2014, my husband and I moved to Texas where I am continuing with massage. I encourage you to see for yourself the effects regular massage will have on your physical, mental and emotional being.
