Bio:<p><strong><em>As a licensed massage therapist for over 15 yrs, I have gained experience and knowledge in providing pain relief for many different conditions. I have an in home Massage studio providing Integrative therapeutic Massage, BioMat sessions, Raindrop therapy, and foam roller self-myofascial release instruction. I also provide corporate on-site chair massage. My clients know me for my background specializing in athletic and sports massage, incorporating deep tissue and stretching techniques. </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Continued education courses and certifications include, The treatment of migraine and other headaches, and Repetitive motion injuries and how to manage neck, arm and hand pain, NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy) Level 1 and 2. NKT Level 1 certified.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Fees: 90 minute integrative wellness massage - $115, 60 minute integrative wellness massage - $80, 1/2 Hour Localized massage - $45, Corporate On-site chair massage - $80 per hour. Fees may vary with travel time. Biomat sessions - 1/2 hr $30, 60 minutes - $60.
