I am a seasoned massage professional with a background in Swedish massage, myofascial release, NMT, Shiatsu, Reiki, and spa treatments, including hot stone therapies and Reiki. I customize massages to meet the needs of my clients, and I am happy to work in tandem with other healthcare and fitness professionals in helping my clients meet their goals. My practice is also informed by years of experience in various yoga, fitness, dance and martial arts modalities. Have table and chair, will travel!
