Since becoming certified in CA in 2015, I have enjoyed additional trainings in SMRT, Neuromuscular Reprogramming, Deep Tissue, Lomi lomi, Cupping, Gua Sha, Trigger Point Therapy, and Prenatal Massage Techniques. My work tends to be slow and moderately deep, engaging with your muscles and nervous system to bring awareness to your body in order to address areas of pain and stress and to help create healthier and more efficient patterns.
