I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences and also a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Withlacoochee Technical College in Inverness, FL. I take a more clinical approach to massage to address new or old injuries, chronic pain, stress, postural imbalances, and range of motion restrictions to name a few. Each person's issues are unique and each person deserves a massage customized to their needs. That is why I use methods from Therapeutic massage, Medical massage, and Sports massage along with stretching to get results and reach client goals. There is no "one-massage-fits-all" session. I currently own and operate Winding Waters Massage LLC which brings mobile massage therapy to residents of Hernando and Citrus counties. I enjoy working with my hands and my hobbies include working in my veggie garden, cycling, swimming, hiking, and traveling to new places.
