Bio:<p>Cassie is drawn to the philosophy of Ayurveda, which means,“ the science of life.” The goal of Ayurveda is to rebalance the mind body and spirit. The practices range from yoga and healing breath work to essential oil therapy and detoxifying massage.</p><p>Cassie’s proficiency in sports massage was developed through her work with 6 Clemson athletic teams. She is a graduate of Greenville Technical College’s massage therapy program & At One Yoga’s teacher training and is a member of both American Massage Therapy Association and Yoga Alliance. She is also in her final year of nursing school.</p>
