Bio:<p><span>I work in an office, Moore Chiropractic, with two chiropractors and another massage therapist. My holistic approach to massage therapy involves a variety of techniques and modalities to best suit each client individually. I take posture, habits and work into consideration to formulate a massage plan to efficiently ease pain while discussing long-term goals and education with the client. I regularly use myofascial release, Swedish, and neuromuscular techniques (NMT). I also can effectively practice sports massage and injury treatment. </span></p>
