My introduction to medical massage over 18 years ago by Stress Medic founder, Cindy Barrett. After years of being a medical massage client, my interest in health and the body grew, eventually leading me to become a Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist. My education was achieved at the NC School of Advanced Bodywork, specifically because their focus is on clinical/medical massage. My client’s personal experience is valued so my focus is on listening to determine the best individual approach. Some of the more common conditions I treat are neck & shoulder pain, hip pain, sciatica, headaches, lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, and TMJ issues.I am a dedicated, mature, and compassionate therapist who considers myself a helper to others. The ability to help improve the physical and emotional wellbeing of individuals makes massage therapy much more than a job to me.I am a Concord native who, outside the treatment room, loves spending time outdoors with friends and family.I look forward to meeting you soon!
