Bio:<p>Kate is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated in 2012 from Blue Ridge School of Massage and Yoga with 600 hours of training. Since that time, she has provided massage services part time while working as a full time counselor.</p><p>Kate’s emphasis is on holistic healing for each individual. She creates a massage tailored to each individual using techniques that include Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, hot and cold stone therapy, and elements of Thai Yoga Massage.</p>
