He is a graduate of National Massage Therapy Institute, where he studied various forms of deep-tissue, therapeutic massage that he incorporates into his work every day as well as Swedish and relaxing massage. He is recognized by The Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Health Professionals as a Certified Massage Therapist. Abe Annis practices myofascial therapy (MFT), neuromuscular therapy (NMT) and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF).
