I am a life-long athlete having competed in numerous state, national, and international competitions including the USA Volleyball Championships, Ironman (140.6 and 70.3 distances), along with running, cycling, and swimming events. As such, I understand the importance of massage therapy and body work in an athlete's successes.  For a complete bio including my educational background and approach to massage therapy, simply give me a call or send me an email.
