Samantha has been in the healing arts for almost two decades with a passion for encouraging the natural healing of the body, mind, and spirit through energetic alignment, balance, and harmony within the system. Her bodywork is a focused, intuitive combination of different modalities that are tailored to each individuals unique needs that encourage the body to do what it innately does, heal itself. Samantha has an extensive background in dance and movement therapy including physical therapy, yoga therapy and personal training which have given her knowledge of acute and chronic injury rehabilitation as well as understanding movement and energetics of the body.  She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching with a focus in Holistic Nutrition and is a Certified Nutrition Coach.  She is a lifelong student of the healing arts and loves to share her knowledge with others.
