My name is Kara & I am a dual licensed Integrative Bodyworker & Holistic Esthetician, as well as Certified Herbalist, & Wellness Coach. I have studied many modalities with teachers from around the globe, & lovingly meld all of my passions into my own unique healing style.

By honoring both Eastern & Western schools of thought & integrating trauma informed touch therapy with somatic healing principles, I curate customized self care rituals that prioritize self love & healing at a deeper level. I offer a variety of experiences, including Clinical Bodywork, Thai Massage, Organic Facials, Womb/Fertility Support & Energy Work, all of which focus on total lifestyle detoxification & somatic balancing. Through clearing stagnant energies & physical toxins from the body, all of my services are designed to support optimal health & wellbeing on physical & energetic levels.
