Bio:<p><span class="s2">Cheryl has been a dynamic and strong therapist in all settings she has worked in. She attended National Massage Therapy Institute in 2010, and went on to work in various settings such as upscale day spas, to chiropractors and a holistic healing center. She has two children, Elijah 7 and Dayton, 5. She enjoys her work </span><span class="s2">immensely and also is a Reiki Therapist</span><span class="s2">. Using life force energy to help clients with their ailments both physically and energetically helps her to provide a more holistic and healing therapy session. Although do not be fooled by light healing energy, she is very proficient in deep tissue, sports and myofascial release therapy. She is next taking a course in </span><span class="s2">thai</span><span class="s2">massage, w</span><span class="s2">hich works on a mat to stretch the client using yogic positions. She can intuitively and easily find trigger points throughout the body and stays on areas of needed attention. Her work is thoughtful and understands each muscle and what needs to be released.
