Bio:<p>By using massage therapy, energy healing and other methods including aromatherapy and intuitive readings, we will work together to create a plan to help you leave the pain, stress or anxiety behind, connect with your inner wisdom and get you back in balance. Spiritual healing is less about temporarily feeling good and more about revealing and releasing the cause of the discomfort, opening the door to true healing. <br /><br />I am passionate about helping women who are in need of physical and mental relaxation through massage therapy, but also being present as a healer to allow you to receive the energy your body needs to remove old patterns and help you move forward with whatever you feel is keeping you from living your life to the fullest.</p>
