Elita is originally from Lima, Peru. She graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2014, after finding her passion for massage and holistic practices while working as a Chiropractic assistant for several years.

Elita's unique style of bodywork consists of a combination of Myofascial Release, Sports, Deep Tissue, and Swedish massage techniques. Her work focuses on the treatment and prevention of acute and chronic pain, due to injury and/or postural distortion.

What makes her sessions and approach distinguishable from others is that she can incorporate various styles/techniques of massage such as Bamboo, Cupping, Thai, Gua Sha etc.
