Working at Massage Envy in Bakersfield, I am a certified massage therapist in both Ca and Va as well as a Reiki Master and was a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner and Instructor. I provide a nice blend of therapeutic and relaxation massage tailored to the needs of each client. I encourage my clients to use meditation, deep breathing and body awareness not only during their massage, but in their daily lives to help decrease stress and increase a healthier, more relaxed life.
