Bio:<div>Having worked extensively in chiropractic and physical therapy clinics throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, certified massage therapist Casey Amaral focuses on relaxing and rejuvenating clients with both his massage and personal training techniques.</div><div>?</div><div>“Massage has been proven to help alleviate many chronic issues the average person experiences, while improving their overall physical and mental health,” Casey says. “I believe that no one should be denied this opportunity, and I want to expose as many individuals as possible to the benefits of massage therapy.”</div><div></div><div>Casey founded his private practice, Willow Glen Massage, with this mission in mind. “When a client comes to Willow Glen, they receive 5-Star treatment, minus the “fluff.” Even our peppermint scrubs are applied in a therapeutic manner,” he explains. “Every massage is customized to the individual's specific needs and goals for that particular session.”</div><div></div><div>While peppermint scrubs certainly enhance the session, each of Casey’s clients leave his office with full knowledge and understanding of their physical issues. Casey strives to educate his clients on their muscles and provides them with necessary stretches and exercises they can use to improve and maintain their health.</div><div></div><div>This would not be possible without Casey’s extensive holistic education at Silicon Valley College, followed by supplementary training at Foothill College.
