I graduated from Healing Spirits in Boulder, Colorado in October of 2018 and I officially obtained my license in December of that same year. I have experience working in chiropractic, injury recovery, sports and mental health settings. I have also worked with people who have sensory sensitivities and the elderly. I am CPR certified. 

My massage services include deep tissue, integrative massage, Swedish massage, modified strain counterstrain, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, specific injury treatment and trauma informed massage.
