<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Jeremy Betkey, LMT</strong> is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Maryland. He attended the School of Health Professions at the Community College of Baltimore County, and received his Associates of Applied Science degree in May of 2019. Jeremy is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Jeremy utilizes a few modalities in his work and is always learning more. Currently he is educated in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release, all taught through CCBC. Jeremy has also started on the road to lymphatic drainage certification with Bruno Chikly&rsquo;s LDT1 course. In his work he also utilizes an energy work modality known as Kundalini Reiki, which was taught to him by a wonderful soul by the name of Mary Perry.</p><p class="MsoNormal">It is Jeremy&rsquo;s mission to help people get in tune with their bodies and restore balance to not only the physical self, but to the entire person. He believes heavily on the Mind, Body, and Spirit connection, and has the tools capable of bringing his clients to a better quality of life.</p><p class="MsoNormal">In his free time Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. He enjoys hiking in the woods, and general outdoor activities. Jeremy is also a bit of a dork for video games, movies, and Dungeons and Dragons. When enjoying personal time, he loves to meditate and is always working to better himself through self-empowerment. Most of all Jeremy enjoys meeting new people and having good conversation.</p>
