Hello, I'm Nicole! I love helping others in any way, especially when it comes to helping them with their personal health journey to either relax or a little more therapeutic touch to help ease that chronic tension and discomfort. I specifically specialize in cupping. If you haven’t experienced a cupping session you’re missing out! It’s instant relief (for most!) and I never suggest it if I don’t feel you are going benefit from it. My technique is elongated, slow & flowy strokes, as this allows your body to react in a positive way rather than tense up. I’m currently at Massage Envy in Hixson, TN!
