Bio:

I am broadly trained and deeply passionate about the healing benefits of therapeutic massage. I'm a certified Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)  therapist since 2012, and have over 1300 hours training in several bodywork techniques: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, neuromuscular, passive stretching, myofascial release, reflexology, and pregnancy massage. A graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage and East West College of the Healing Arts, Portland, Oregon, I have over 2000 hours of hands-on massage experience with clients from all walks of life: teens, athletes, expectant mothers, stressed business people, the elderly, and people living with chronic illness. My specialty is applying a variety of specific modalities during each massage session, tailored to individual needs and desires. Each session focuses specifically on individual needs, and each is a unique, intelligent combination of techniques to address acute pain, chronic pain, limited range of motion, edema, stress, mental fatigue, and muscle strain. I am certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, and licensed to work in New Hampshire and California. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
