My philosophy is that working together is the best way to make progress on health and wellness. I specialize in a more clinical approach to massage. My work is focused around reducing pain and recovering fom injuries. My techniques include deep tissue, rehabilitative massage, including advanced techniques from Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial release, and sports massage. I am also certified in Neuropain Science Education, and a Somatic Trauma practitioner. I am focused on outcome and when you come and see me, your goals become my goals for you session.  I look forward to working together.
