 In 2014 I became a NYS licensed massage therapist, but my journey with massage and bodywork started way back in 1990 when I was in college studying to become a gym teacher. I had my share of sports injuries, tension headaches, muscular pain... etc. Massage has been, and is still my favorite choice of treatment. Therefore, I can always relate to other people's experiences with similar pain. I believe everybody is unique, therefore, when I work with a client, I customize their massage session according to their own needs by integrating the different modality of massage to fit their own unique needs.
