My practice is fueled on the belief that everybody deserves massage. My goal is to provide effective massage techniques to assist my client in their fitness goals. These goals can be stress management, pain management, increased flexibility and/or increased range of motion. I have experience working with athletic, geriatric and pediatric clients. I am educated in deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, swedish massage and myofascial release. I provide mobile massage in Laurel, MD ans surrounding cities within a 5 mile radius.
