My style of massage is swedish but with extended strokes of whatever pressure you ask. I don't believe that you have to hurt people in order to work out the problems in their muscles, but I have the strength to accommodate all pressures. I also understand where some things just take time and care, not force. I massage people as if it were myself on the table and how I would like to be massaged.
