Been A Certified Massage Therapist for almost 10 years with also an Associates degree in Sports Rehab for 3 years. I have experience in the Spa industry as well as working closely with Chiropractors and Physical Therapist. Have experience in Personal Training as well as a certified Stretch provider ,Teaching clients or patients proper stretching techniques including Assisted and pre/post event stretching.
