I am a USMC veteran, former marathon runner, and current gym rat, turned massage therapist. Although I am fresh out of massage therapy school (Nov 2024) I have first hand knowledge and experience of the importance of recovery for athletes and active individuals. I combine my deep understanding of body mechanics with a passion for wellness to help clients feel their best. My services include deep tissue, therapeutic, and sports massage with stretching and mobility.
