I have been a professional athlete for over 20 years, retiring with both a National and World title behind my name.

I’ve worked on a variety of professional athletes and rehabilitative clientele and have a deep knowledge of physiological developmental changes in the body.

Focusing on rehabilitative soft tissue work, the outcome of my work is to increase Range of Motion, improve circulation, decrease pain. Whether the client is recovering from surgery/working through scar tissue build up or interested in preventative care, the work needed allows for the client to get back into their routine. As well, I work on cancer patients and veterans with bodily injuries ranging from mild to severe. I have over 10 years experience and I am looking forward to helping you achieve your health goal.
