Stephanie Beck, LMT graduated from the Healing Arts Center in St. Louis MO in 2021. She specializes in utilizing various massage and bodywork modalities to reach a desired outcome or address a specific issue. Her training includes technical work such as deep tissue, structural integration and myofascial release as well as energy-focused work like Reiki, acupressure and breathwork. She believes the body is innately intertwined with intelligence and intuition, and will guide us toward what it needs if we are willing to listen.
