She graduated in the top of her class with dual majors in Massage Therapy and Healthcare Support. Crystal has completed an advanced certification in ACE Massage cupping and is a professional member of the American Massage Association. She believes strongly in the body’s ability to heal itself. She utilizes her knowledge and mindful touch to help facilitate this natural process. Crystal strives to incorporate both her technical knowledge of anatomy and physiology with an array of massage modalities such as swedish massage, deep tissue, cupping, bamboo massage, hot stones, and Thai table massage to construct an unique session for each client and their individual needs. Crystal is an avid scuba diver and outdoor adventurer and has realized the importance of a positive mind body connection. Her daily goal is for you to feel peace, balance, and a heightened sense of relaxation.</span></p>
