I'm a CO Native and I currently work at Massage Envy Arvada West in Arvada, CO providing light-moderate pressure Swedish massage. I'm trained in and love Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique (SMRT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Cranial Sacral (CST), warm bamboo stick massage, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, WATSU, and have traditional Reiki Master level training.
